If you want to ship to us, follow these four simple steps.
  1. Assemble all of the items you need transferred.
  2. Read the fine print (this link will open in new window). Acknowledge and agree to abide by our Media Transfer Contract for Service Agreement before shipping us materials or otherwise providing us materials to begin transfer.
  3. Package the items you need transferred via a shipping provider that you can track, preferably FedEx, UPS, or USPS certified mail. Be sure to make note of the shipper and tracking information.

We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle for zero fees. PayPal & Square available with a 3% additional charge.
